As we celebrated Anzac Day last week and the 75th Anniversary of the “Battle of the Coral Sea” this week, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the sacrifices that have built our nation. We owe so much to our previous generations who’ve built and protected the “lucky country” with “blood, sweat and tears”.

It’s also just the time to review how we put our gratitude into action for our senior citizens. It’s great to hear of our elders being valued for their experiences and at times hard-won wisdom. We can be proud as a nation when we see happy experiences of Aged Care – where we help people to grow old with dignity and support them – just as they supported their young.

Hoping your week is a happy one and that all Mothers are spoilt in the month of May.
